strongly do not recommend bringing your loved one to Fairview Nursing Home. During my experience, I witnessed repeated issues with staff professionalism, communication, and resident care. Call bells were often ignored for long periods of time, and I personally saw a resident whose call light stayed on for most of the day without anyone responding. There also seemed to be a lack of accountability among some staff, which made me feel that residents’ needs were not being taken seriously. When concerns were brought up, the responses were either dismissive or inconsistent with what I had observed. Families deserve to know their loved ones are safe, cared for, and treated with dignity. Unfortunately, based on what I witnessed, I cannot say that Fairview meets those standards. I hope management

My sister and I toured this facility looking for a good and safe facility for our elderly stepfather who has Dementia. We felt like it was a great safe place for him but unfortunately we were wrong. After only 2.5 days of being at the facility they sent my stepfather off to the ER stating he needed hospital level care for his kidney levels and that his bloodwork was "horrible". The day before he was sent to the ER I had visited him and they asked me if he always complained about pain in his right side. That was not normal for him. They thought he might be constipated so treated him for that. After arriving at the ER I was informed he had 2 broken ribs and was dehydrated. They hospital informed me his bloodwork was ok. They informed me the kidney levels were off from his baselin

I was referred to FV by a Doctor My best friend and baby brother Michael Pittera was placed there out of complete necessity. Worst decision I ever made. It would be easier to list what was acceptable there. NOTHING It has taken me this long to address the horrible treatment we received I still mourn and grieve for Michael. The best guy God put on this planet Never ever would I recommend FV

Overall the staff and the director are fabulous! They have made my mom feel at home and respond in a timely manner with questions from 5 different siblings! We are blessed to have this facility taking such great care of our mom❤️

We were blessed when a member of our family recommended Fairview for my mother’s rehab. The staff was friendly, considerate and attentive. Her progress and advancement were well explained. We were included in any staff meetings-either in person or by tele-conference. We have a large family so she had lots of visitors. The room was always impeccably clean. Overall we couldn’t have asked for better care!
