Mondovi Dental - Hudson

I am writing regarding my first visit to your dental office on my recent appointment. I would like to share a concern about my interaction with one of the dental assistants. During my visit, I was told not to bring my baby with me for future appointments. While I understand that there may be office policies regarding children, the way this was communicated to me felt rude and uncomfortable. As a first-time patient, I was hoping for a welcoming and respectful experience. I believe that such matters can be explained kindly and professionally, especially when a patient is new and may not be aware of all the office rules. I love this dentist’s office! Everyone here is so warm and personable. Over time, they’ve truly become like friends. Kristy is the highlight of my time in the office, and I genuinely look forward to my appointments because of her. It can be stressful trying to get my teeth taken care of with a toddler, but they’ve always made us feel comfortable. They go out of their way to include my son and make sure he’s happy so I can relax and focus on my appointment. Because of them, my 4-year-old loves going to the dentist. They go above and beyond every single visit, and I’m so grateful to have found such a caring team.

Just want to shout out how wonderful the team is there at Mondovi. I am an extremely fearful patient, and have been able to work up to going in without anxiety medication over the past years, thanks to the compassion and patience of my dental team! Julie at the front desk is always ready to greet you with a smile and will do everything she can to get your work ran through insurance. My hygienist Helen is so patient and kind, going as slow as I needed, while gently educating how to best care for my teeth. I have had work done from crowns to implants with this office, and the assistants Christy and Tammy are not only friendly and welcoming, but very experienced an knowledgeable. What an amazing experience I had at Mondovi dental. From the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out each person was amazing and sweet and helpful and very calming, and I would recommend this place to anybody. Dr. Valdez could not have been any nicer or kinder she explained everything to me and she just was a breath of fresh air. She’s very very good at what she does and very well with patients ….I was so lucky to have Kristy guide me through everything …she was so sweet and whenever I was nervous about something, she totally calmed me down.
