Had to cancel my prescription when Hudson NH CVS Pharmacy stated, it Medication was not covered by my insurance. I contacted my insurance plan (SPECIFIC INFORMATION OF PERSCRIPTION ADMINISTRATOR WAS PROVIDED TO HUDSON NH CVS PHARMACY) which confirmed medication coverage at EVERY NASHUA NH CVS. Because my insurance did not identify the Hudson CVS I contacted the Hudson NH CVS Pharmacy. I received a call back from Hudson CVS NH Pharmacy and was told to go to another Pharmacy. THIS LOCAL CVS HUDSON NH PHARMACY WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY ADDITONAL RXs FROM ME. ABSOLUTELY THE DUMBEST PHARMACY I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. ONLY SURPASSED BY THE RUDEST PERSON. My experience at CVS was excellent. Staff was friendly and efficient
The staff at this store is amazing both in departments and at pharmacy. I switched my prescriptions to this pharmacy after visiting store with a friend and seeing her positive experience. All other CVS stores need to follow the management model in place at this store! Everyone is friendly, helpful and likes their job. Well done, management!
Excellent service on prescriptions, both in the store and in the drive through. And, it has better evening and weekend hours than the local competition.
