I cannot say enough good things about this office. The staff in the front office, the nurses and doctors are phenomenal. They always make my kids feel special and heard. Dr.Fialko was the best pediatrician I’ve ever witnessed who has gone to bat for both of my kids several times. We love that man and love this practice. Our new pediatrician is wonderful too. She makes my kids feel safe and heard and I’m so glad we have them.

Jennifer is who my children see and she is phenomenal. Amazing personality and very knowledgeable. I trust her with my children. I have been going to this office for over 26 years with Dr Fialko being my children’s pediatrician and now Jennifer has taken over care for my youngest children. The office staff is always helpful and have taken great care of all four of my children. We always feel like family when we go there.

We have been fortunate to be patients of Dr. Fialko since my children were born and have remained with the practice after his retirement. I called to schedule an appointment for my daughter to become a new patient, I explained that she needed a physical and had been going to another pediatrician, The lady stopped me and treated me like I was an inconvenience to her day she asked me what type of insurance I gave her my private insurance. She told me that she could get me in next week at 8 AM. I told her that would not be possible. She said well sorry have a good day and hung up she had no interest in trying to accommodate me in any other way or another day. Glad I got the crummy experience upfront so I didn’t have to deal with it later
