Premier Medical Associates Dr Jesus

I called simply to get information and speak with someone in the office before scheduling a new patient appointment. Despite repeatedly asking, the operator flat-out refused to connect me with any office staff to answer a basic medical question. This was beyond frustrating and completely unprofessional. I am extremely disappointed and honestly shocked by how dismissive this practice was toward a potential patient. I will never use a doctor who won’t even allow patients to speak with their staff or ask a simple question before booking an appointment. If this is how they treat people before you’re even a patient, I can’t imagine how they treat you once you are.

Read all of the 1 star reviews and RUN FROM HERE. Update: 11/2025: Over the last 2 years, two of my immediate family members have left Dr. DeJesus. One was told, by DeJesus himself, as he was walking out of the appointment, "Oh, you have type 2 diabetes, I'm prescribing you Ozempic" This person, my family, his patient, weighed 150lbs standing at 5'9" - did not tell me about the prescription. When my family member arrived at my home up north and I saw them for the first time in months, I was horrified to see them looking like a skeleton. I immediately advised they discontinue self administating asap d/t naturally high metabolism. They started looking healthier by day 5 of no Ozempic and switching to a medication that my other family members responded well to. DeJesus didn't bother asking, "

Dr. De Jesus is amazing and shows his concern about you. Unfortunately, the staff are what bring the overall rating down. I ended up leaving his practice and wish the staff were either better trained or replaced.

Wonderful Dr. He makes you feel more like a friend than just a patient. Wait time in minimal and you can usually get in the same day. Office staff and nurses are exceptional as well

Very professional and human. I felt comfortable speaking to him and was confident with his feedback and detailed thought process. I instantly felt as if he was a good friend.
