Jorge was truly exceptional. From the moment he greeted my mom, he put her completely at ease. Being able to communicate with her in Spanish made such a meaningful difference — she felt understood, comfortable, and respected. He was patient, gentle, and incredibly thorough. The cleaning was fantastic, and he took the time to explain everything clearly without rushing. His professionalism, attention to detail, and calm demeanor really stood out. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill with that level of compassion and communication. We’re so grateful for the care he provided and would highly recommend him.

I chose 1 star because you have too. I've been a patient for about 2 years. Had an appointment for a cleaning on a Saturday. Which is very convenient for me. Unfortunately had to cancel due to personal reasons. Tried to reschedule was given a date for June. I find that hard to believe. A family friend a new patient called and is sched for this coming Saturday. How does that make sense? So new patients are more then keeping current patients. Hmmmmm

I visited this office for a second opinion and had a mixed experience. Although I arrived at 9:15 AM for a 9:30 AM appointment and completed all paperwork promptly, I was left waiting for 40 minutes. It wasn't until I followed up with the front desk that I was finally called back 10 minutes later. While the clinical opinion on my treatment was helpful, the co-payment with my insurance was higher than expected. Given the long wait and the high costs, I am undecided about returning for treatment.

They were kind and compassionate toward my fear of dentists. The assistant Julian (I'm pretty sure that was his name) was very informative and friendly. The dentist went above and beyond to make sure I had little to no pain during the procedure. The office and rooms were clean and state of the art equipment. I felt very comfortable. Thank you for helping me overcome my fears. ☺️

There's no other place on planet Earth that you could find so many people who are excellent in every way. From the time you enter until after you leave, you'll know you're getting the finest there is for the care of you and your oral health. Dr. Al gave me the courage needed to do what is best for my oral health. He's great! The hygienists are all incredible, too. Heck, even the staff I have to pay makes my day.
