I recently had to get another injection at my local CVS Pharmacy, which I have done numerous times for a variety of types, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire process. The staff was welcoming and professional, making me feel comfortable and at ease. The pharmacist who administered the injection was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the procedure. You could tell that the pharmacist who administed the injection was well trained making it virtually painless. Their online scheduling system made it easy to find an appointment that fit my schedule. The pharmacy techs are always nice and helpful. The pharmacist however needs a new job. It's unacceptable to yell at a customer over a lable that he was too lazy to properly type and print the first time. They print these prescription labels so many times leading up to the new school year, I dont understand why its so complicated. Publix will be my go to pharmacy from here on out!

Horrible Customer Service save the time and go to a different pharmacy . Pharmacist is extremely rude and impatient has little or no time to go over medication questions had a full-blown attitude just for simple questions.
