Express Care of Belleview

I walked in to this place. Nurse practicener (Brittany) checked me over. Gave me an exray on my stomach. She listened to me and made her decision after exray and pee test. I have had this issue for over a year. The Dr's in Ocala wouldn't listen to me. I am very impressed with Brittany!!What a fantastic nurse!! She put me on antibiotics, a couple other pills. I was feeling much better in one day!! She knows her business!!! I will be back. Everybody there was very friendly to me. Thank you Belleview Express Care Employees. See you all soon for check up!!

I cannot praise this entire staff enough. The first people you interact with are some of the nicest people you could hope to deal with. My doctor, Melinda, GOES TO BAT FOR ME. I always feel heard, validated and understood. I’ve seen a few other doctors there and with one exception, they all listen to their patients without bias or judgement. Also, the pharmacy team!!!!!! Absolutely amazing. They go out of their way to accommodate their customers. So kind, funny, efficient and proactive in letting their patients know updates about their medications. I live over an hour away from the office, so it’s not always the most convenient for me however, the amazing staff at this office I wouldn’t settle for less now. Used to come here, back when an appointment was the quickest way to get seen, now it seems the longest (they still charge you immediately, though). My son's appointment was at 1030, we arrived early and its now 1230. Still have not seen the doctor; just got into a room about 10 minutes prior. Will be finding new pcm after this appointment.

Updated: I appreciate the imaging department for rectifying the issue, but I think the same receptionist was there, and it was just plain uncomfortable after my first experience. I went here because I had to and at least the professionals were actually professional so I'm glad it's done and over with. I feel like this is fair after my initial visit but as the saying goes, "You never get a second chance to make a first impression." Communication is key to anything in healthcare, especially between departments. Old Review: I got a referral here, and I don't live close, but found out after the fact that I required contrast before my appointment. They called me and told me to come in to get it and when I got there, they had run out days earlier. There was no point in making me drive all that

I’m going to just say this. If a Arnp can go to her desk and speak rudely on a patient to the point that the patient (me) can hear you … yes I have an issue!! And when I voiced my issue SHE DID NOT EVEN COME INTO THE ROOM TO VISIT ME !! so I hope this is not billed as a visit because I seen an MA and an Office manager ! That’s who I saw!!! And how about that fact that she really has zero compassion whatsoever , or the fact that the outfits she wears are VERY unprofessional 🤷🏻‍♀️. Let’s not get me started on the MA !!! She herself is rude !!
