Our hospital sent our new prescription to this company. They charged double what my insurance said I could expect. They also charged me the wrong price and had to call me to collect the additional cost. Then I was told it would be two day shipping. I 1 week later I'm just now receiving a shipping notification that is has been picked up from the facility and should arrive next week. I transferred the rx to express scripts where I'm now paying 1/3 the price and they ship quickly. Shipping timelines not honored. Price gouging

My child is a type 1 diabetic and we began going through this pharmacy for her dexcom supplies. Conveniently I get a text telling me when my order is being shipped out! However, the day I got the last text....which was 5 days out from when the order was set to ship!!! I called to let them know I moved and asked them to update the address before it shipped. I even got a confirmation text of my new address...but when my order was delivered to my previous address and I called in upset about it, they tell me they did update my address but they failed to double check the order to make sure it was going to the right address!! Now, I call in to let them know what happened...and that order was shipped out 5/19/23... they tell me they will have FedEx return and pick up the order and get it sent to
