the whole experience of this office is just exhausting. don’t bother calling because you can’t get through to anyone. i sit on hold in “position two” on their call list every time i call regardless of the day or time of day. the last time i sat on hold for 10 minutes before someone picked up and said “i can’t hear you you’ll have to call back” before i even said anything!😅 i saw the NP Tinker and i wouldn’t recommend him either. if you have any other options i would 100% take this office off your list of potentials.

My doctor at this location is absolutely amazing and take time to listen to you.But trying to get a hold of someone to make an appointment is ridiculous, and then you get the snotty receptionist. The receptionist had scheduled a doctor's appointment after hours. Very sad.

My mother called to make an appointment for my father and herself. After waiting 20 minutes she opens her mouth to speak and the receptionist becomes really nasty and says “I’m sorry I can’t hear you call back later” and hangs up. Her tone was rude and her actions were unprofessional. I don’t normally leave reviews but this absolutely baffled me to witness. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The front office needs to get personalities. They all look miserable, no one smiles, there’s 7+ and all you hear is complaining from the Gen Z’s. One was already saying how tired she is and wants to go home. Whoever the “office manager” is that hires these non people oriented children should go to a class on how to interview people. These sad souls are the first and most likely last impression patients see. Do better with your front office

I have had the worst experience trying to refill my prescriptions with NP Nick Tinker. They’re online my patient portal does not list any of my prescriptions to refill and I’ve been calling the office for days trying to get a refill and every time I call I get a different answer. The first day, Wednesday, I was told it would be called in the next day. The next day I called and they said they had no record of me ever having taken the medication at all nor a record of the previous days request. When I pushed further, they told me that it could take 48 to 72 hours for the prescription to be called in, but they were going to rush it so it would be called in before the weekend. They then said the doctor was busy all day and couldn’t do it. I called Today, a Friday, and the prescription hadn’t
