Culebra Office I would have been a first time client had I completed my visit. My first visit after being referred by my primary care physician for a back injury that I had sustained ended abruptly. I arrived at the front desk as a first time patient and did give my information to the front desk and was greeted with six pages of information because I could not open it online I paid the fee received a cup with the welcoming words could you please give us urine sample bathroom to the right. First, I was shocked that that was my greeting because I didn’t even know why they needed a urine sample it was my first visit. I hadn’t spoken to anyone.
