Lisanna is absolutely incredible. I have dealt with low back pain and leg stiffness for quite some time before seeing her, and within 3 visits my mobility and range of motion in my hips has increased allowing pressure on my low back to practically disappear. Seeing her regularly has allowed me to continue working out in high intensity workouts without much pain! Can’t thank her enough for the work she’s done with me!

Lisanna is amazing. She corrected multiple movement pattern issues with my scapula including my external rotation of my shoulder and activation of my serratus muscles. Any athlete would benefit greatly from visiting her and anyone with chronic joint pain should visit her before going to a dr.
