From the time I went into the ER and was admitted, to the time I left, I received amazing care. Everyone from the nurses, the surgical team, and even the cleaning crew were super compassionate and I couldn’t have had a better experience. Thank you Nurse Cait, I couldn’t have asked for a better person to wake me up every four hours to check my vitals. You are amazing and so sweet!

I was scheduled for a CAT scan at the hospital in advance of having knee surgery. I don't even been to the hospital once before in the emergency room but the stories I heard made me very reluctant to go. But I went anyway. Yes it's very busy. The front desk was quite helpful in helping me fill out the forms. Then they directed me right away to the CAT scan department. Very efficient and organized. I was in and out in less than a half hour. So far so good. Very clean environment

This was my second full knee replacement with Dr. Thomas King and his cracker Jack team! I was on my way home by 1 pm on the day of surgery. My recovery is going well in large part due to spending time after on the CPM machine so scar tissue can’t form. You cannot go wrong choosing Dr. King. This is a careful, expert, professional and very kind practice. I’m from Newton, MA and chose to go to Portsmouth, NH to Dr. King. I am very happy with the results.I highly recommend Dr. King.

Having it done was great. The people were very pleasant, however it has now been over a week and they STILL have not read the CT scan with contrast and shown me the results! For an individual with some pain and having it effect my sleep, it is just way too long. The last time that I needed imaging, I decided to use convenient MD and received my read w/i 24 hours.

I was completely satisfied with the care I received at Portsmouth hospital. The check in concierge was extremely kind and helpful. Kat was a phenomenal RN! She got me prepped for surgery and was so kind I asked if she could be my prep nurse for my left knee surgery on 2/17! The anesthesia team was also outstanding! Madeleine was also outstanding post op as was Diane my PT. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience! Of course Dr. Moby Parsons provided me with a fantastic knee replacement! I am already negotiating stairs and my PT tells me I am doing better than most of Dr. Parsons clients. I couldn’t be happier!
