I was fortunate to work with Annie during my first and second pregnancy and can honestly say she should be an essential part to any woman’s health and wellness team! As a 57 year old woman who's never given birth and who hasn't had a sexual relationship in over a decade...getting back on the horse, so to speak, is no easy feat. Annie's advice has helped me tremendously. She hits the sweet spot of explaining things in a frank and simple and honest way, without any trace of being overly clinical. Not sure how to adequately put into words how wonderful Annie is and how amazing I felt after leaving my first session with her. I would go so far as to say it was life-changing. I felt immediately empowered, relieved, strong, and my aches and pains are truly gone - almost immediately. I didn't think that was possible, as I was actually in some pretty intense pain before seeing her. But not only is Annie physically healing, she's also healing emotionally too. She put me in such a better headspace, and I feel excited about being able to navigate the rest of my pregnancy and birth. If you're looking for someone who can heal on every level, Annie is the one. Can't recommend her enough!

If I could give 100 stars I would because Annie is nothing short of incredible. After having two back to back healthy pregnancies and births I was a little at a loss for why my body wasn't responding to the varying exercises I read/tried on the internet for my pelvic floor. I finally bit the bullet and accepted that I needed some personalized help and Annie delivered. In 3 sessions TOTAL my debilitating and constant back/hip pain was gone and I was given tools that fit into my life vs the other way around.
