Port Jervis Pediatric Dentistry

Our experience with Dr. Lambert’s office was extremely disappointing. The receptionist was kind and pleasant, but unfortunately that was the only positive part of our visit. My child needed a cavity filled, and there was no clear explanation provided about what procedure was being performed or what to expect. Communication throughout the appointment was minimal and unclear. At the end of the visit, we were told we owed a $125 co-pay. According to our dental insurance, we do not have a co-pay for this type of service. When we requested clarification and a breakdown of the charges, we were told we would need to return in person to speak with someone at the front desk. The office does not provide a working phone number to speak with anyone directly, nor do they call when a call is requested.

This has been, without question, the most unprofessional and concerning experience we have encountered with any dental provider. Both the standard of professionalism and the quality of care delivered fell significantly below what is reasonably expected in a clinical setting. I deeply regret entrusting your office with my son’s care. As a direct result of the treatment he received, he now requires substantially more dental work than was originally necessary. This outcome is both alarming and unacceptable. We expect a thorough explanation regarding the care provided, along with appropriate accountability for the resulting complications.

My kids are finally out of pain, everything was somehow done so easily, and I still can’t believe how great the whole experience was. Now I get the difference between a general dentist and a specialist — and let me tell you, it really matters. This office is just amazing. The whole team is kind, patient, and clearly knows what they’re doing. AND!! My sister brought her kids here too — same thing, amazing! And my friend did too! Highly recommended especially if your child is scared. She is awesome very friendly, soft spoken and informative. She knows exactly how to make a child comfortable. She also explains everything she is going to do just before she does it. My son had a great experience :)

Dr Lambert and her staff were absolutely phenomenal! The office is beautiful and clean. My girl was so scared immediately started crying when she sat in the chair but John and Dr Lambert both talked to her eased her anxiety and explained everything in a way that my daughter could understand. It was such a great experience! Highly recommend!
