Had to make a switch because of insurance. Great experience. Ladies at the front desk were very nice. Julia my dental hygienist was great, gentle and listened to my history and concerns. Would highly recommend.

The dentist was incredibly professional, kind, and welcoming to my daughter and I. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel comfortable and at ease. They spoke gently, explained everything clearly, and showed great patience with my daughter. Their warmth and genuine care turned the visit into a positive experience, and we left feeling well cared for and appreciated.

Port Jervis Smiles is very good! Dr. Lee is my dentist, and I have had several cavities filled & crowns done by her. They are always very well done, and she is friendly, informative & professional. Chelsea, the dental assistant, is always pleasant, proactive and attentive as procedures are being done. Destiny, who is the receptionist and manages insurance approvals, has been very helpful and accurate navigating appointments, billing & insurance coverage. Overall I highly recommend Port Jetvis Smiles.

Wonderful staff, You're always greeted with a smile everyone in the office is very warm and comforting, all the dentist are very nice and professional and take the time to listen and let you know they're out for your best interest, not everyone enjoys going to the dentist but the whole staff makes You feel warm and comfortable which really helps a lot 😊

From the answering of the telephone, to walking into the examination room, I was made to feel at ease. Thank you to the staff and the dentist for making this experience a peaceful one for me. I am glad I listened to my friend about calling for an appointment.
