Had blood work done and was expecting a call within a week or so and the doctor was on vacation for 2 weeks while my glucose was super high and my some other stuff. Then she insisted she called me and then changed the story twice. Was nasty on the phone the minute I picked up. Was annoyed because she called me twice and I didn't answer and my Google assistance was on the phone. That is their job to return calls. She said I was screaming at her and I just speak load I'm partly deaf. And then she hung up EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE

Terrible experience. I live 1/10 of mile away and I rather go an hour away to another hospital. I was misdiagnosed with gastritis when I really had kidney stones. They didn't even think to give me a CT scan. Also, by the time I left, I looked like a heroin addicted because both the nurses could not find a vein to put the IV in (my vein are always at the surface). Thank goodness, that I didn't have something life-threatening wrong with me. I advice people to go elsewhere.

I really liked this facility. However their wait time and appointment availability has been impossible to remain a member. Three weeks out for a sick visit isn’t acceptable. Over a month to schedule an annual. They ran over an hour past my scheduled appointment that I had to reschedule. Unfortunately it was a repeat of no availability. Unfortunately I’m left no options but to find a new provider.

These ladies are very professional, kind and friendly everytime I've been to the suite 300! Kelly Yorke, P.A. is very knowledgeable and her 'bedside manner' beats any Male physician! The staff in the Lab on 1st floor are also very efficient and kind! Women for Women!

Called in left a message with on call Dr over the weekend to not receive a call back. When i call in to get told do not handle injuries from car accidents when thats what i was reporting pain from over the weekend. What a waste of time.
