Polyclinic Now - Urgent Care

Whenever I need to go I get great care, friendly staff, and quick service addressing my condition.. Only once did I have to leave because they were too crowded to take any more people. Having sat routinely for four or more hours in emergency rooms in Manhattan, this is like a dream!

Understaffed. Too few doctors and mean nurses. I hope there are better places for people to go to. Try to find somewhere else if you can, but if you have to go here, be ready to stick up for yourself. They don't really care about your wellbeig.

Loooooooong waiting time. Waited around 2 hours with no patients in waiting area. The polyclinic is empty! Spent 3 hours totally there Only one (!!!) provider is working here on Sundays! Guys, how it works? You need 2 at least! Also you can't schedule online visit.

If I could give this institution 0 stars I would. They screwed up every lab they were supposed to complete, gave me incorrect 'results' from those labs, and then charged me for the 'service'. When I raised concerns over their malpractice their system was like navigating a dead end maze. No one that could address my concerns was ever identified, no one ever reached out despite many calls that I made to their offices. Stay away from this parasitic group. They don't provide care, they'll only give you headaches for months into the future.

I barely write reviews but had to hop on here to share. This was such a positive experience. One of those experiences that was actually healing from many other horrible medical experiences that I’ve had. I cannot speak more highly of the staff. The nurse and doctor that we saw were so wonderful. Caring, kind, thorough, asked great questions, really listened. I felt comfortable to share my thoughts and advocate for my kiddo. The encouragement that our doctor gave to my son in sharing personal experiences to relate to him, and give us both confidence and peace about the matter that we were there for..I am just so grateful. I learned so much. And I just wish this doctor could be our primary care!☺️ This is the urgent care that I will return to in the future. Great experience and care here.
