Poinsett Medical provided a great experience navigating insurance approvals, communicating the next steps, and operator training on the equipment. Bob was great at getting me setup, very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. Highly recommend this business.

Called on 12/20 to have used tanks replaced. Lady said it takes 2-4 business days. On Dec 27, still no swap outs. Called the office and guy that answered the phone was a smart mouth. They want you to drive down and swap them out. That's not the way the process works.

This company has gone above and beyond to make sure I get replacement oxygen even given my work schedule. However, I have now received two empty oxygen tanks. I am thankful I’ve had a backup with me both times.

As a physical therapist in the Greenville area I highly recommend Poinsett Medical and their knowledgeable staff. They do a great job of helping my patients with their equipment needs in a courteous and timely manner.
