PMC Immediate Care

I arrived with abdominal pain to the front desk staff told me that I should go to the ER and that stating abdominal pain would not fast track anything. I could wait here just to be told to go over to the ER! I said I am here because it could be my bladder or kidneys we can’t diagnose those things here! No privacy at all a whole waiting room listening to why I am waiting to be seen. And a man telling me why I. Should go somewhere else. Or if I should be seen or not! Did not even take my co-pay. This comes from the front desk clerk who is not a nurse, physician or any type of clinician. Very rude man! Said well you can wait but there are already 10 people.

I was seen today and received exceptional care Nadine the nurse, Agnes NP and the xray tech were excellent. I'm so sorry I didn't get her name. She came from the ED because the scheduled tech was on her break. Nadine walked me out to my car and helped me carry my things. Thank you for your help and care. Agnes then called me to follow up with my results. I recommend them 100%. Just have to get the front desk to be a little more personable. Otherwise great care and service.

Some of the rudest group of front desk/secretaries I have ever encountered. They will treat you like utter trash for no reason. Blame you for their inability to listen, understand, and communicate with empathy like a medical professional should. They don't belong in health care. I'd rather get my test results from DMV workers.

Im only giving a 1 star bc thats the lowest rating on here. This place is by far the WORST. The secretary at the front desk was BEYOND rude. I went up to check in and she ignored me for like 30 seconds (I figured she was finishing up some stuff from the patient before) then someone walks out to check out and she completely ignored me and takes her before and then checks me in. As I try spelling my name for her all she keeps saying is she can't hear me. (Maybe if youd stop talking for 30 seconds you would)and when i went in the back all I saw was a nurse who said that my symptoms are "covid" and I should get tested. I never saw the provider and they sent me on my way they wouldn't give me any tylenol or ibuprofen or anything. Never checked my blood pressure or temperature after I stated I w

The man at the front desk is polite. But the office is not run properly. It takes way too long to be seen or even called in to have your vitals done. It should not have the word express care. There is absolutely nothing express about this urgent care. It seems like there is only 1 physician seeing patients. Which really stinks.
