Outstanding Urgent Care Experience! From the moment we walked in, everything ran so smoothly! We were admitted and assessed right away, and the staff took the time to explain every step — what they were checking for and how the treatment would work. We felt completely informed and cared for. Everyone, from the front desk to the medical team, was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive to our needs. It’s rare to find such compassion and efficiency in urgent care. Truly an amazing experience — I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for quality, caring service!

Great experience at PM Pediatric Urgent Care. My son hurt his hand and needed an X-ray on a Saturday. The whole process — registration, exam, and results — took only about one hour, which was impressive. All the staff were kind, patient, and very helpful. They made a stressful situation much easier for us. Highly recommend for families.

I had an appointment at 6:30 pm for my 18 month old who had a high fever. I completely understand that these are not true appointments and one can generally expect some wait, so when I checked in on time at 6:30 and heard them tell the woman with the appointment before me that there were 4 or so people in front of her I wasn’t surprised. They told me they were particularly busy (weekend before a holiday, totally get it) and were running maybe an hour behind. Understandable, no problem. We were finally called back at 8:50 pm, over two hours after our scheduled time. We didn’t see the NP until after 10:15, nearly four hours after our scheduled time. At this point my 18 month old son was hopelessly overtired and completely hysterical, so when he was eventually diagnosed with an ear infection

On New Year’s Eve these guys were absolutely amazing! My son who had tested positive for flu, a was having signs of what I assumed was croup, but wasn’t quite sure but he was having a lot of difficulty breathing and I was really scared. I called them. They instructed me to book my spot online. There were plenty of spots available. I show up they were pulling me into the room before they even took my ID and insurance card it was kind of all happening at the same time, but they were so quick. They were faster than our actual pediatrician. They got him in. They evaluated him. They recognized that it was croup. They gave him the steroid treatment on Site and we were out of there in 20 minutes and by the time we got home, the medicine was working and we were able to have a little bit of a New Y

PM Pediatric Urgent is amazing. 2nd time we’ve been here this winter. The wait was no more than 10 mins each time, and the providers are amazing. Helped our sick babe and got the best car
