PM Pediatric Urgent Care

They are so great here at this location. There is usually a wait but it’s well worth it. The staff, nurses and doctors always make you feel so welcome and so great with the kids! This is a way better option then an emergency room for minor issues!

I have been bringing my children here for years and I am so greatful for the doctors and staff! 5 stars there! However, at my last visit, I was told I had a copay after years of not having one due to being active duty military with full coverage for urgent care. I called billing and they stated that it is a change they have made as of November 2025, but I was there in Dec and was not asked for a copay. I never pay co-pays at any other urgent care. It seems a bit suspicious to make active duty military members pay upfront when you are aware the visit will be covered. I was told to look out for a refund after claim was processed. It just didn't sit right with me. I will be on the lookout for said refund.

I do love writing reviews because I truly believe it helps other people make the right choice. I gave this business a 4 and not a 5 solely on two things. One was the wait time and two was the service from the actual doctor. Now the nurses and the medical assistants were phenomenal they were all so nice especially the male nurse who took us back! He even complimented on my perfume lol but he was super nice to my son and tried to make him laugh even though he was running a 105 fever :( but the wait time was terrible I was literally sitting for an hour to the point where my son went to sleep because he wasn’t feeling good and had a high fever but I also understand I went on a night where there was only one doctor. I don't usually post reviews this quick (or much at all) but my husband and I just returned from PM Pediatrics after our 2.5 year old ran into a metal cabinet handle and cut his eye, and I cannot say enough nice things about our experience if I tried! We were able to make an appointment and check in before we arrived and the front desk staff was lovely. Everything is really pleasant and clean and there was a nice amount of room in the waiting area that we didn't feel like we were on top of anyone; as we were concerned about being exposed to flu. We were in the waiting room for maybe 10--15 minutes (not even) before they brought us back. Everyone we saw was so nice and Dr. Briglia was so kind and reassuring to us, and great with our son. Visited PM pediatric urgent care this morning for my son. The lady at the front was so sweet and helpful, and although there was a bit of a wait she kept us informed and aware so I never felt like we were waiting too long, and she even gave my son some cars stickers that he was super excited about. I almost just walked in but I was glad I made an appointment prior. The nurse and doc were amazing with my little guy who was thrilled with all the animals on the TV in both the waiting room and the exam room, and of course his lollipop made his day. The whole staff was sweet, professional and so so great with my son. Thank you so much for such a great experience.
