My experience with this dental office was deeply disappointing and fell well below reasonable professional standards. Scheduling an appointment was unnecessarily difficult, marked by poor communication and disorganization. Interactions with administrative staff felt dismissive rather than patient-focused, and navigating insurance coverage was frustrating due to inconsistent information and lack of support. Most concerning was the hygienist’s demeanor, which was curt and impersonal, offering little explanation or reassurance during the visit. In a setting where patients may already feel anxious, professionalism should be accompanied by empathy. Overall, the office demonstrates significant shortcomings in customer service and patient care, and I cannot recommend it.

This was my first time coming here. I had a great experience with the hygienist, Lauren, who took her time with my cleaning. I did not even need numbing gel. She was gentle, professional, and explained everything in detail. Lauren was so nice and I am happy that I came here. I am very pleased.

She’s also does a fantastic job with my cleaning. The entire staff, including the dentist, are kind and professional. I’m glad to have found a dental team that truly prioritizes my oral-health.

This place houses the most caring, professional, knowledgeable, and respectful staff I have ever encountered in a dental office. If total excellence could be found in one place, PM Dental would be that place. From the exceptionally welcoming ladies at the front desk to the folks who attend to your dental needs, this place is impressive. From Dr. Emily, a powerhouse of a Dentist, to Jackie, who makes getting X-rays incredibly comfortable, to Jenna, the hygienist, my teeth look better than they ever have after a cleaning. I highly recommend PM Dental Care.

Absolutely the best dental practice, I come From Manhattan to see Dr. Druz and his fabulous team. From desk staff is super efficient and my hygienist Lauren is so thorough - really such a great experience all around!
