My husband and I were scheduled as new patients. The office rescheduled our first appointment short notice after we took time off work to accommodate the office schedule. Then 2 business days prior to the rescheduled appointment, I received another call from the office informing me that the dr would be running late for our scheduled appointments due to "too many kids are out of school that day". I asked why the schedule was overbooked and the staff told me "we didn't overbook, you'll just be waiting for your appointment to start". Okay, so the appointed time won't be held to by your staff and you know that 2 days before but it isn't because you overbooked your schedule...right! i was already hesitant about this place when i walked in and just had a feeling that these people had no idea what they were about to be doing to my teeth and now 3 months later i constantly have pains in my teeth that got “filings” and sometimes it’s so uncomfortable that it physically makes me cry and i am 18 years old. my teeth have never hurt or had any issues until i went to this dentist. it took her almost 2 hours to do 3 filings and she didn’t even fill in my top tooth all the way, i can feel where the filing is and there is what feels like a hole on the bottom of my tooth now. i wish i would have never went to this dentist and just kept searching for one,ive never had any kind of tooth pain and its honestly terrible and its not even because of my careless mistakes because i brush m

I am convinced any 5 star review is a scam on here. This place is AWFUL. I never leave bad reviews but I got work done here and still feeling negative effects a year later. First, the place is SO dirty! Floors look like they haven’t been mopped or swept in months, chairs are falling apart and it took over an hour to call me back. After that, I sat in the room for another 45 min. When I asked about why it was taking so long, they told me I could just reschedule but I already had child care (that I had to keep extending) so I didn’t want to reschedule. They had zero sympathy or apology for how long it took, making me think it’s very normal. They came in to numb me for my fillings and then left for another 20 minutes. Best experience ever!! Everyone was extremely careful with my cleanup. The place is extremely clean and everyone is extremely friendly and respectful!! I am so happy my coworker recommended me to come here.
