Plaza Pharmacy

Great pharmacy! Hands down the best in Gainesville!!! They are very friendly, helpful and know what they are doing. We are lucky to have a pharmacy like Plaza in Gainesville!!!!

This is the first time I have had a bad experience. I called the plaza pharmacy and asked to be transferred to the specialty pharmacy. The tech told me they don't have a specialty pharm. I gave her my info. She said they don't have any scripts for me and asked me why I'm not going to the main pharmacy. The main pharmacy doesn't mail scripts and the specialty pharmacy at plaza does. She then told me this isn't a mail order pharmacy. I check the website and it says Plaza has a specialty pharmacy and mail order services.

They use to be super efficient and had great customer service! Now I feel judged for anything I ask for… and just feel like I am a burden on their day every single time I call. Sadly I am writing this, they use to be my favorite pharmacy. But SNI is the place.
