Lovely, nice people work here. Atmosphere is warm and inviting, doesnt feel to much like doctor office. The hygenist, Cassey, is awesome! We connect really well and she's easy to talk with. Feels like seeing an old friend! The dentist, Dr. Bayne, always remembers me and seem genuinely happy to see me. Also he loves it when you dont have any cavities! He is happy for you.

I experienced excellent dental care with Dr Bayne and his dental assistant Jeni, made my experience so comfortable and informative, that I have left my dentist of almost 20 years. The difference was incredible. I must also say that April, the dental hygienist, was amazing. My teeth felt more clean than from all the other hygienist I’ve seen over the years. What a great dentist and staff! I won’t go anywhere else for my dental needs.

I was dreading this appointment for 2 weeks, but this office was nothing less than amazing ! VERY short wait time, quick procedure and modern high-tech equipment. The Doc was confident, pleasant and professional. As a long-time smoker, I was almost ashamed to even open my mouth in there, but no one judgemental at all and put me at ease immediately. That whole office runs like a well-oiled machine ! Affordable, quick AND I got out of there with 1/10th the pain I was expecting. Definitely my new Dentist !

The crown came off of the post for my implant & Dr Bayne had to work on my gum and re-glue it. He was very gentle and very careful to explain what he was doing. When I went to pay I was so surprised to find there was no charge, because the dentist in Washington who did the implant about 10 yrs ago charged me when she had to re-glue it once. He is a very gentle and kind dentist, concerned for his patients. I recommend him to anyone who is looking for a good dentist in the Gainesville, Texas area.

The visit was ok. The Doctor was really nice and professional but the hygienist was not very personal and kind of abrupt. I did not want fluoride tooth polish and that was not an option and the hygienist was kind of rude about it. The receptionist was really nice. I am completely against fluoride and that is a deal breaker for me. Others may have a great experience but it was not for me. It seems like it can be a great Dental office for many people.
