North Texas Children's Dentistry

We had such a great experience at North Texas Children’s Dentistry! From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and so patient with my child. Our hygienist Lynn was AMAZING kind, gentle, and so good at explaining everything in a way my child could understand. She made the entire cleaning stress-free and even fun, which says a lot for a kiddo who was nervous going in. The office is clean, organized, and clearly designed with kids in mind. You can tell they truly care about their patients and their families. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this office to everyone we know!

We had an amazing experience in Gainesville! I cannot recommend highly enough. The staff was amazing, they got us in and out quickly and they were sensitive to my daughter's fears after a bad experience at our last dentist. I won't take my kids anywhere else from now on.

everyone there was very kind and let my 3 year old know everything they were doing before doing it and talked to him where he could understand. he did absolutely AMAZING the entire time!! however… when it came down to his x-rays, the x-ray tech (amy i believe? i’m not 100% sure) had an attitude with me and my son the whole time and was very rude to him, didn’t tell him what she was doing before she did it i had to explain it to him that she was just going to take pictures of his mouth and stick the little camera in between his teeth. she just told him to bite down, then she flipped it around to do the bottom teeth. he did good with that as well. anyways when she turned around to get the other piece to take pictures of the back teeth my son thought he was done so naturally he started to get

I’ve been taking my kids to this dentist for about 7 years, and for a long time I truly loved it. The staff always seemed friendly, and I trusted that my kids were getting good care. Unfortunately, over time I started to notice some red flags — and after reading other reviews, I realized I wasn’t the only one with these concerns. It seems like they tend to wait for dental issues to get worse instead of addressing them early, which in the long run costs families more money and causes more problems for the kids. My son told them his teeth were sensitive, and they brushed it off. By the next year, he needed a silver cap. Today was my little boy's first time visiting their office and we live well over an hour away and I highly recommend bringing your kids. The staff were fantastic and very very thorough and attentive. It was so worth the drive. Never been to such a professional dental office.
