We waited a month from the date the patient's pediatrician referred her to this orthopedist to be scheduled to see Dr. Vissers. We waited an hour and 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time for the doctor to see the patient, and although we were not given an explanation or apology at the time of the appointment, Dr. Vissers did take extra time to explain the patient's issue to us and review the patient's background. Dr. Vissers' referral for orthotics took 3 business days to be submitted, but after seeing this review (which has been updated to also include the positive aspects now that my concerns have been addressed), he called me personally to explain that it only took so long because he was doing more research to make sure that's what the patient needed. One of the absolute BEST doctor I have been too. So thoughtful and caring. Listens to all your concerns. The Office Staff are super amazing. We always have a great laugh together. They treat you like family there. It has been tough to find a really good listener and a doctor who actually wants to help you not make you feel rushed or like you're not worth their time. I only wish he could be a PCP too. I recommend them to anyone. 10 stars from me. The only thing is....it takes a while to see him but he is worth the wait. Thank you for tremendous care.

Everything was just wonderful. The scheduling was good they were really good to work with me about the time. I didn't have to wait a long time to get to see the doctor. The doctor was not in a hurry he took plenty of time to take care of me ask questions and never acted like he was in a hurry. He really cared. I can I will continue to use him for a doctor he is very professional and very kind and caring. And his nurses are the same very kind and caring. Always ready to answer a question or to help in any way.

We were very impressed with Dr. Vissers and his staff. He spoke to my tween as if she was an adult, and I was super impressed with that. He asked her questions, listened to her responses, and respected what she had to say. He’s quite possibly the best doctor we’ve ever visited.

Dr. Visser's is a wonderful doctor. He really tries to figure out a solution before going for surgery. He has given me my life back. I am able to be active again, it has been years. So grateful and thankful for being recommended to Dr. Vissers! PS Give yourself extra time for an appointment, he is a very busy man and appointments take longer than the usual.
