Made me wait for well over an hour with a scheduled appointment. I have to say that I can’t wait anymore and finally they get me in. No covid test or strep test. Asks me two questions, tells me he’s not sure what I have but he’s going to prescribe me a large round of antibiotics. Very disappointing situation, for medicine and the human state. These doctors today, can’t say much has changed. They’ve been like this a while now. Had to beg the front desk for a water. Sad. I’m not taking the meds, decided it’s viral myself.

I have been a patient of Dr Arthur Nahas, a great doctor, for over 20 years and can't say enough nice things about him and his staff who are all thorough, kind and responsive and kept me going despite life's health challenges! Thank you!

I have been a patient of Dr. Nahas, for 12 years, never had any issues when he was in somers point since he went with platinum, The office service has been horrible. My wife and I had numerous requested tests done and never received a follow-up call with our results! This is poor communication with the office, Time to find a new provider, which I hate to do as I really liked Dr Arthur Nahas

Trying to refill husbands script his script requires a prior authorization sounds simple ok so prior authorization is denied and an appeal needs to be done (I personally called the insurance prior authorization department). Left two messages for the manager to call me back being it’s been a month of nonsense still no call back!!!
