If I Can I will give -0 . I made an appointment with them several weeks ago because a tooth broke and I was in pain and discomfort. My appointment was today at 10:30, and I even took the day off from work. At 9:30 in the morning they called me to say the appointment was canceled with no explanation 😡. I went to Aspen Dental without an appointment and they took care of me right away. I do NOT recommend wasting your valuable time here. Thank God I was able to get treated somewhere else.

I just started going here in August but both of my visits have been positive. Everyone there is very pleasant, from the receptionist to the dental hygienist, to the dentists. They’re all great, and I was in and out with all my questions and concerns answered.

Always have a great visit when I see Dr. Jagger!! Not so much with the other dentists there! Twice a dentist filled the wrong tooth, that I lost a filling in & told me that I was lucky I had good insurance, so I wouldn't have to pay for the second filling! This last time the dentist told me not to talk & if I had a problem to raise my hand. I felt too much water in my throat & raised my hand & then he reprimanded me for moving. I am REALLY nervous about Dr. Jagger retiring. I have been with him for almost 40 years. Today was a 5!!! The visits with another doctor 1

The staff is super nice. They are organized and on top of things. I’ve been to several dentists and this office makes me feel comfortable and confident in the work being done. Dr. Kaplan is amazing!! He’s the only person I will see at this point. I have severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist or anything pertaining to my teeth. Having a dentist that I feel comfortable with helps ease my nerves. Wait time is nowhere near as long as other offices. I’m always in and out. This office is a 10/10 for me.

Dr Jagger is the best. Magda great hygienist and office staff is lovely. Kathleen made extras painless!
