Went to Spectrum for an ongoing knee issue. (patella tendinitis). I’ve been dealing with the issue since 2022. I worked with John and received some dry needling and physical therapy. I no longer have any pain at all in my knee and I have full range of motion. Thanks, John!

The individualized attention is appreciated. It encourages you to continue with the program. It has helped me with my mobility and reduced my pain significantly. Peter is especially kind and knowledgeable.

I started going to Spectrum before & After my ACL surgery! They were highly recommended from a close friend. Going thru ACL surgery is a long 9 month process & very rough! I could not ask for a better group to be there with me thru it! I was very welcomed by Annette & Joe they worked with me thru every step of the way! Listening to all of my personal needs & so much positive reinforcements from them both! I’ve worked with Nick, who has gotten me so far in my recovery with his techniques & exercises, I was able to walk on beach again & watch my son surf, 4 months into recovery!!! We have worked with Vanessa and Spectrum since our son was about 7 months old. Vanessa has become a part of our family and we owe so much of our son’s progress to her expertise. When we started with her a little over a year ago, our son could barely hold his head up on his own. He encountered so many obstacles but Vanessa never lost hope. She encouraged our son at each and every visit but she also encouraged us. When you have a child who isn’t able to hit each milestone on time, you blame yourself as the parent. I have been in and out of physical therapy for the last ten years I have always had great service wherever I have gone but this place and this crew is something different I felt like I was part of a great friendly community interested in helping me out they are quick to adjust for the bad days so you are not going somewhere to do exercises and hope you get better they keep track and make you're they push you to do better on the good days but they ensure to modify the routine in the bad days not once was I alone doing exercises there was always some one there to make sure I was good thank you guys I highly recommend this place and crew.
