I had a great experience here with testing and dry needling! Dan gave me the tools and mentality I needed to keep progressing in my rehab before heading back to college. He really took the time to explain everything and made sure I understood how to continue building strength and confidence on my own. Since working with him, I’ve been able to push harder in my training and feel like I’m on track to get cleared for sports again soon. I’d definitely recommend coming here if you want knowledgeable, supportive care that actually sets you up for success outside the clinic.

I highly recommend the Spectrum Fitness Physical Therapy location in Northfield! My daughter underwent ACL surgery, and although she initially dreaded physical therapy, the team here made the experience as enjoyable and motivating as possible. From the front desk staff to the physical therapists and management, everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. Thanks to their expert care and support, my daughter was able to return to her sports right on schedule—exactly as her surgeon predicted. I can’t speak highly enough about Peak Performance. The atmosphere is friendly, welcoming and always positive. The staff is kind, caring, knowledgeable and thorough. Unlike most PTs, Ryan and the staff at PP understand athletes and their needs. As a triathlete/runner, Ryan and his staff are always there to get me back on my feet with cutting edge treatment options. They’ve even helped my young kids through sports injuries. From arm care to hamstrings, and everything in between, these guys and gals are truly the best!!

Peak Performance PT is like no other. I have been going to Ryan, Nancy and the rest of the crew since before my knee surgery in 2015.
