I was involved in a serious car accident this past august. Dr Reeves treated me with some injections and nerve oblations which helped with my neck injury. They tried to help my lumbar spine but the accident had really damaged my l4-l5 and because the swelling and inflammation from the accident caused a rapid increase of loss of muscle function and constant weakness Dr Chase Statsny D.O performed a L4-L5 laminectomy, facetectomy and foraminotomy with decompression Dr Reeves ,Dr . Chase Statsny D.O , Kay Lynn Brunt PA and Hallee Cooper PA-C are the most qualified, caring, medical professionals I have ever had the privilege of meeting and having them take care of me. I saw Kay Lynn Brunt, PA-C as my provider. I am sorry I do not remember the front desk patient rep name or the MA that checked me in. Front desk lady was kind very helpful. The MA listened to my story, was kind, compassionate and didn't get upset when I cried 😢 She was amazing. Ms Brunt took time explaining my MRI's and answered my questions. She explained a couple of procedures to do to help me. My head has had constant pain and pressure since 7-22-2025. She is the only one to offer me a Neurology referral. She also is offering Physical Therapy. I truly felt she wants to help me get better. Was a great visit 🙂

They were awesome. They listen to their patients and have great bedside manor and really seem to know what they are doing. Only my first visit so I'm only at the beginning of my journey.

After suffering back and brain injuries from a car accident, Pinnacle Spine & Ortho handled & directed my recovery. From the injections to ultimately performing an RFA procedure which ended my pain. They also performed an advanced form of EEG called a QEEG to look for signs of concussion. To say that they were thorough would be an understatement. They were intent on making sure that I was pain free. The staff were very friendly. Especially Maria. She was awesome and very sweet.
