Dr Wilson and the whole team at the office are wonderful. She is the most trauma and neurodiversity informed dentist that I have ever visited. Everyone takes the time to make sure that you are comfortable, understand the reasoning behind their recommendations, and answer all of your questions. I felt welcome to pause or ask for a change if I got too uncomfortable or started feeling paid. I cannot recommend them enough!

Dr. Shannon Wilson found ways I had never even thought of to make my dentist appointment more comfortable. I have had extreme dental anxiety in the past and shared that with Dr. Wilson before my appointment. She was calm, confident, thorough, worked at a pace that helped me feel safe, offered comfort measures like a weighted blanket, and explained everything to me as she went. I have recommended Dr. Wilson to literally everyone I talk to about dental care, and even those that don't bring it up! If you want to feel cared about and not judged about your prior dental history, Pinehurst Dental should be your first stop.

I had sudden gum pain and walked in to see Dr. Wilson. She was super helpful, kind, and attentive. She took the time to explain what was going on and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. The staff were friendly and efficient, and I really appreciated how quickly they were able to see me. Highly recommend Dr. Wilson if you’re looking for a caring and professional dentist!

A wonderful and caring atmosphere from on the phone to the first moment you walk in the door. Dr. Wilson is knowledgeable, gentle, caring and thorough and among one of the best dentists I have ever been to and I have been to a lot of them. I would give her and her team 6 stars if I could!

Melissa, their dental hygienist just gave me the most gentle teeth cleaning I've ever had. Doc Wilson had to fill a cavity and there was zero pain or discomfort while she was injecting the local anesthetic. I've had a lot of surgery in my jaw, and that was a first. I couldn't recommend these guys more.
