Piedmont Urgent Care

This is an excellent urgent care facility. Khadijah at the front desk needs to be cloned. She provides amazing customer service. She was nice, professional, and quick. This is how customer service should be. The nurses were great and I was in and out quickly. Would absolutely go there again.

The staff was very kind and welcoming, even though the wait was a little longer than expected. The prices were reasonable and comparable to other urgent care clinics. Overall, it was a positive experience, especially considering I wasn’t feeling well. I truly appreciated their care and professionalism.

I was feeling under the weather and booked in for a visit. I was in and out in 25 minutes after being tested for flu and COVID. It was easy to book, the clinic is clean but the bill was absolutely insane at $458. There are much cheaper alternatives available

Online scheduling and registration made my appointment easy and convenient. Once at the location, I waited less than 5 minutes before being called back. Staff was courteous and they took care of me. Being able to fill my prescription there was an added bonus.

Definitely one of the best urgent cares in the city was able to do a walk in vist and be seen in less than 12 min Plus all the nurses amd physicians made feel relaxed and like I knew them for years real nice and caring and actually really wanted to make sure I was all around in good health I had such a good experience that im making this review which is something I don’t do unless it was a place so messed up that ima go out my way to make sure that business non existent but in this case it was so good place people and experience that if you ever have a health situation concern and need a place to go and be seen quickly and be able to leave better healthier properly informed and be able to know the next steps or what do where to go if needed
