Piedmont Urgent Care

I had an emergency visit on 12/24/2025 tp Piedmont UrgentCare, the morning before having to catch a plan out of the country. I thought I might have ruptured a previously repaired Tympanoplasty. Marci (Medical Provider), Dina (Clinical), and Dina (Front Desk) were super nice. Marci is the best. She always goes above and beyond to ensure that she provides the best course of treatment. Her bedside manner is great. I was able to travel and have an exceptional travel experience. Thank you all!

Waiting area and exam room were very clean with very good spacing between seating areas. The staff was very kind, Friendly, and efficient. Dr. Messam-Smith Was very knowledgeable and informative. She listened carefully and offered reasonable options for me to choose from. Very pleased.

I had an excellent visit here. The receptionist Ms. Kristin was welcoming from the time I came in the building. Can’t forget about how well the clinical team Ms. Holly and Lisa had me seen in a timely manner. And the physician Patience was very professional and informative.
