So thankful to have found this wonderful urgent care facility. The building itself is very clean. I was treated with utmost professionalism from the moment I walked through the door. The lady at the front desk was extremely polite and friendly as were the other staff members. Make an appt online to expedite the process if possible. You will be seen quicker than if you walk in. I was seen by Dr. Kim who was wonderful. I highly recommend this place if you find yourself needing an urgent care facility in the area.

Just left. So....easy to set up online appointment. Arrived a few minutes before appointment to fill out paperwork. Minimal amount. Everyone is sick right now so they were busy. I had to wait like an extra 20 minutes past my appointment time, which seems fairly normal. Nothing outrageous. Staff were quick and thorough. Took my vitals and symptoms...yada yada. Doc came in. Talked for a few. I'm an asthma patient so getting sick always effects my lungs. I'm no stranger to this rodeo. We discussed my typical treatment protocol and she agreed it was a good idea. Wrote my prescriptions and sent them over to Kroger. Had to get a prednisone shot so my visit time was extended (they like you to wait after the shot to ensure you don't have a reaction- standard procedure). I usually went to Piedmo

Best urgent care in the area by far. They work extremely quickly but it never feels like anyone is rushing. I take my kids here even though they don't take my insurance; the cost is more than worth the time saved.

Best experience I’ve ever had with an urgent care. They care about kids, we were in and out in under 40 mins! They diagnosed my daughter with and ear infection got her started on Anabiotic’s. Just go hear save your money and time GO HERE !

I visited this urgent care with my daughter recently, and while the check-in process was quick and smooth, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. The young lady at the front desk was friendly, helpful, and made the initial process very easy. My daughter was seen by the provider within 7 to 10 minutes, which I appreciated. We were in and out However, things took a turn once we were brought to the back. The medical staff member who called my daughter mispronounced her name. I politely corrected her, but instead of offering a simple apology, she just said “okay” and moved on. Once we were in the room, I referred to my daughter by the incorrect name, and mentioned that she had not apologized.
