I absolutely adore Dr. Cardenas and his entire team! They’ve provided exceptional care for me, my son, and my daughter. The office is always welcoming, and the staff is efficient and friendly. We’ve had nothing but great experiences every time we visit. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking top-notch orthodontic care!

My experience at this location has been excellent. The team took the time to answer all of my questions, and the treatment met my expectations. The staff was incredibly kind and professional throughout the process. I would highly recommend this office to anyone considering braces.

On January 22, I made my scheduled payment. Despite this, my account was charged again on February 1, even though my due date is the 15th. This resulted in an unauthorized duplicate charge of about $170. When I called, I spoke with Leticia. The call was unprofessional, with long silences and poor communication. I was told the duplicate charge would be refunded, but days later the refund still had not been returned. Because of this error, my bank charged me an overdraft fee. When the office followed up, they refused to reimburse the overdraft and instead suggested I ask my bank for a refund—even though the overdraft was caused by their office unauthorizing and recharging my card, an issue they blamed on “the new girl.” This is not the first time this exact billing problem has happened. T

Everyone there is lovely I especially love Ms. Ashley, She was amazing And she took great care of me in props to the front desk for always doing such a great job when it comes to scheduling good dates and times they are also the sweetest
