Peachtree Immediate Care - Winder

The best Urgent Care facility I’ve ever been to. I was greeted very nicely and the receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. I only waited a few minutes and was taken back quickly. Both the Nurse and Nurse Practitioner were amazing. Both caring and very kind, which goes a long way when you aren’t feeling your best! They asked lots of questions and were very thorough and really listened to my answers. I felt very satisfied when I left that I’d gotten the best care and treat plan. I highly recommend Peachtree to anyone that needs quick, excellent care! Thank you!

I had a very disappointing experience at Peachtree Immediate Care. I went in for a TB test physical and to have my vaccine records printed from the GRITS system. Not only was I charged for two visits at once, but they also printed out the wrong person’s vaccine records and gave them to me. When I returned for my Part 2 TB test, I showed them that they had given me someone else’s records. I simply asked them to print my correct vaccine record, and I was told they “couldn’t” and that I would have to go to the health department instead. I don’t understand how the office was able to pull up and print the wrong person’s information, but suddenly couldn’t access or print my correct record. I was able to make an appointment quickly online and when I arrived to the urgent care I was able to check in easily. I had a reminder to fill the forms before my appointment and had already completed. There were 3-4 people in the lobby when I got there and I didn’t have to wait to long to be seen by nurse practitioner Sraddha Patel. The staff was friendly and the NP was friendly and caring. I’m finally feeling better and would definitely recommend visiting this urgent care.

I went for breathing issues and they were very nice and helpful. They recommended I go to hospital still because of oxygen levels and heart rate. I had pneumonia and was admitted to hospital. Who knows what would have happened if they did not explain everything to me and I didn't go to hospital immediately after. Will be my choice of urgent care going forward

Have been here twice with my child and both times have been a great experience. The staff is kind, nurse and Dr were thorough and communicate all concerns effectively. I do wait even with an online appt but nothing more than at my regular dr's office.
