Piedmont HealthCare — Gastroenterology

I had a liver biopsy and a colonoscopy by Dr. Reindollar. I will NEVER, EVER allow him to treat me for anything again! I was very nervous about the liver biopsy, as I had never had one before, or knew anyone that had one done. So I was very anxious about the liver biopsy to start with. The only thing that concerned me about the colonoscopy, was I just wanted to make sure it was done while I was put to sleep. I had a colonoscopy done awake and asleep. It was extremely painful having it done while I was awake. I specifically asked Dr. Reindollar about it, and he assured me that I would be asleep for the colonoscopy. Dr. Lamm is great. He is very respectful and thorough. The nurses are very kind and friendly. I was treated well before and after my procedure by everyone involved. Would recommend Dr. Lamm at Piedmont Healthcare for you gastroenterology needs!

Dr. Marion and Nick Jones, FNP are phenomenal, but I can't speak the same for the entire office. I had 2 EGD done with no follow-up appointments. I was supposed to get a barium swallow test done and was told at 2 different appointments visit that the staff will reach out to me to schedule it, and I have not heard anything from the office. I left 2 voicemail and I had sent a message via my portal and I still received no response. It's been 3 weeks since I had my procedure and office visit. I will be seeking for care at a new location outside of PHC.

Absolutely poor patient care all around! Communication, timeliness, and lack of treatment is very sad when there are so many other providers/practices that would be honored to earn your business. Would not recommend to anyone if you want help or treatment.

I came here in 2011 and I have to say I have never been so humiliated by a doctor. Dr reindollar is one of the most arrogant men i have ever met. I see why women are putting recorders in their hair while doing procedures. The doctor that saw me in the office at that time was going on about my weight after losing 100 lbs and still made me feel hopeless. I told him my diet and I mentioned yogurt and he said you cant eat things like Boston creme Yoplait and say youre eatting healthy. I said nothing about the brand I ate which was actually activia. He sent me to a gynecologist and he was the one that determined I had gallstones. Smh.. please dont waste your time , find someone who will listen and care for you.
