We have taken our kids to Dr. Hutchinson since they were born. We have always had a great experience here, other than when the pandemic started. It was hard to get in to be seen for a sick visit, so we were forced to go to Urgent Care. However, I recently called last week to take a chance to see if my son would be able to be seen that day at the latest the following day. The sweet lady that answered the phone, was amazing from the moment she said hello to the moment she said goodbye. She has gone out of her way numerous times. She puts herself in the parent's shoes and really makes sure to accommodate everyone (if she can, somethings are out of her control). Even if that means putting you on hold to go personally talk to the DR and staff to see if she could possibly squeeze someone in or w

We always receive prompt care with less than twenty minutes wait. Dr. Hutchinson is thorough and takes time to explain our child’s needs well. He is knowledgeable about when to make referrals and because of his care our medically complex child remains healthy. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer anyone to Bright Futures Pediatrics!

I have been taking my daughter to this office a few months now. Yesterday she received 18 month shots... we arrived on time, we were the only people in the waiting room. 4 other families came in after us. Everyone got called back before us. Even though we had been waiting the longest (30 min) . Once called back we were in room 2 for 1 hour or longer!! My little girl was sooo upset from waiting before the dr even came in.. then we waited another 20 min after the doctor came in for the Guy giving the vaccines to come to the room. He jabbed the shots so hard in to my toddlers legs that she was dripping blood, it was on the exam table, my pants and her pants!! She now has terrible bruises from the shots and I am very upset. I will be finding out how to call PHC head office to make a complaint!

We love Dr Hutchinson and Emily Young!! Even in a busy practice they manage to give an amazing personalized experience. Always willing to answer every question you have. Their support staff is top notch!! From scheding, to treatment, to checkout they get an A++ from this first time mom!!!

My 2 year old hates going to the doctor. We went in for a sick visit and Emily Young is amazing!! We had no tears during the exam! This was a first. I highly recommend her!
