Dr Jones and staff have been nothing short of amazing through my surgeries and recovery. I am happy to drive further just to come to this practice because I know they are the best. Dr Jones is exceptional at his work and so meticulous that I was confidant he would be equally as meticulous with both of the surgeries that I needed. He sent me home on a nerve block so I would be extra comfortable after having 2 surgeries at once and it made a huge difference in recovery. I cannot thank you enough.

From ck in w receptionist,to both nurses, everyone was so friendly&helpful! Usually receptionists are dry&not very friendly! Dr Blooms receptionist was very cheerful&friendly. At checkout she made appt for me @wound care& told me if I couldn’t find it next time to come get her she showed me! She was so sweet! The nurses were beyond helpful with their care&suggestions to do extra things for my feet! They are so kind! Dr. Bloom is amazing as always! Lessons to your problems and does what he can to help! This group of individuals are amazing!

The receptionist Stephine is incredible. The positive energy and exceptional professionalism she brings to the job is contagious to patients. We come in with pain, problems, and potential discouraging prognoses, but then find ourselves smiling and feeling a little more upbeat because of Stephine's vibrant personality. Additionally, the nurse aid Jess was very patient, helpful, and positive as well, providing attentive and courteous service. I would be remiss not mentioning the X-ray techs Nick and Jay, who were also awesome. Finally, Dr. Jones takes the cake in terms of providing knowledgeable treatment by both clearly identifying and explaining the problem while giving a step-by-step action plan to resolve it. I left Dr. Jones' office feeling energized, respected, and appreciated as both

My son has autism and ADHD and he needed his ingrown toenail removed. We were supposed to see bloom but unfortunately we got the privilege of meeting Massey. He pulled out 2 big needles and my son covered his face with his hoodie and Massey said he wouldn't do the procedure unless my son watched. My son is 9 btw. When I explained to him about the autism and ADHD him and the nurse told me I'm just making excuses for him and my child and me are just being difficult. I was in shock and I politely left the office. It was very unsettling and Massey and the nurse needs to be looked into. It's like they where taking some kind of sick pleasure in watching him scared and just wanted to see his facial expressions ECT of my son terrified. Y'all should look into instride foot and ankle. I went to them

This is by far one of the best doctors in the area. Considerate, knowledgeable, and takes time to educate patient. My experience with Dr. Phillip Jones was exceptional to say the least. I cannot speak for the other doctors there but if there anything like Dr. Phillip Jones it's great. I highly recommend Dr. Phillip Jones for all issues regarding Foot and Ankle
