Pick 'n Save Pharmacy

Shocked at all the bad reviews on here. I've worked with all the people named on here - Mitch, Sonia, and Jill - for 6+ years now and have had nothing but stellar experiences. All 3 of them have always gone above and beyond getting in touch with doctor offices and insurance companies. They all greet(ed) me by name and would ask how my family was. The staff has always been like 50% of the reason I shop at this otherwise meh Pick n Save. Wasn't even coming on here to make a review, just to look up the phone number, but felt compelled when I saw all the hyperbolic and unfair reviews.

I don’t know where to start. I have always used this Pharmacy and when Mitch was there it was a fantastic place to get my Medications from. However, when the New Management came into effect and was taken over by Jill, it became AWFUL! I am someone who keeps on top of my Medications. I like to be prepared and organised so I do not miss my Medications or go without. However, I was accused of “Over-Medicating”. I have never, nor ever abused my Medications in anyway. However, I was and this has tarnished my reputation. On the occasion I was accused of “Over Medicating” and was accused of being someone else who had called after I had. This led them to believe I was abusing my Medications and then refused to fill them. She spoke to my Provider who expressed a wanting to have a conversation. I

IM PERMANENTLY DISABLED I GOT TO THE PHARMACY FOR 5 MINUTES EARLY FROM WHEN THEY'RE FINISHED WITH THEIR LUNCH HOUR IT'S DIFFICULT FOR ME TO STAND IN PLACE BECAUSE I HAVE FIVE CERVICAL DISC COMPRESSING MY SPINAL CORD AND I HAVE LUMBAR TRIPLE D SO THERE WAS THEY HAD THEIR GATE UP AND THOSE LITTLE SPACE AND SO I SLID BY THERE AND SAT DOWN AND IT'S RUDE I REPEAT RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL PHARMACIST SAID THAT GATES THERE FOR A REASON I SAID AND LASTLY TO DAVID YOUR PATHETIC DUDE

The automated phone system is enough to make anyone upset. Then, after fighting with the computer for what felt like forever, I finally got Mitch on the phone. And when I tried to tell him the phone system was driving me insane, he hung up on me!!! Are you kidding me?!!!!! Then, when I finally got him back on the phone, again, after dealing with the phone automated system, he scolded me for calling last minute. No. You don't shame paitents. I'm dealing with a family member who has cancer, and I don't need that. They live up to their reputation.

I am leaving this review in February of 2023, after transferring my Rxs to this pharmacy in June of 2022, and I have nothing but glowing reviews for this pharmacy. I am a bit of a challenging customer, as I take multiple medications on a regular basis, a few of which are controversial or often in short supply. I have been stable and on these medications for most of my life, and there's nothing worse than a pharmacy that wants to express judgement or hostility about my medications or medical conditions. Not once have I experienced that at this pharmacy. Even better than not experiencing hostility, is how well this entire small, but efficient, team works together to meet their customer's needs.
