I had such an amazing experience at Wisconsin Smiles. I’m someone who truly hates going to the dentist, but their team made everything easy, painless, and surprisingly comfortable. Vanessa was incredibly gentle, caring, and so sweet throughout the entire visit, and Dr. Monteagudo was kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They did a full assessment using really impressive technology and walked me through my treatment plan, costs, and insurance in a way that actually made sense. The staff is incredibly welcoming and detail-oriented. I walked out feeling relieved and actually excited to stick to my dental plan. Highly recommend.

I am incredibly thankful for Vanessa, Dr. Schmidt, and the front office team for their help with getting me in urgently for their cold sore laser treatment services!! The team went above and beyond with quick same day scheduling, especially as I am not an established patient at this practice. Vanessa was PHENOMENAL and so kind! I really appreciate how great her communication was throughout the laser process. It's not even 24 hours later, and I am amazed at the before and after of my cold sore (see photos). I have a huge fear of the dentist after a past experience with a different provider. After sharing my story and concerns with Kari and Dr. Schmidt they were completely understanding and non-judgemental of my situation. I felt heard and supported as a care plan was made, and I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment, which is a HUGE change from walking into the office.

My 9yr old daughter and I had a wonderful experience. Our hygienist, Vanessa, was very kind, gentle, and thorough! Dr. Schmidt was both funny and very nice. Not intimidating at all. This would be a great place for anyone who has dental fears and anxiety.
