My daughter recently had her top wire come lose and it started poking her cheek. We called at 4:57 on a Friday to ask them for a when we come in to get it looked at. They stayed open late on a Friday to help us out! Then I find out it was the owners daughter's 1st birthday that same day! Such a great experience with this place. It’s always so clean whenever we come in for appointments, even in the winter when that’s almost impossible to do. The staff is friendly and always at the front desk available to help. On top of that, they were very cost competitive for braces. This is one of three Google reviews I have ever written in my life. It was the least I could do after the owner stayed late on a very important day to help us out. Exceptional person/company.

The atmosphere at this place is wonderfully peaceful, which makes it very relaxing. I've always found the staff to be kind and welcoming. Moreover, Dr. Lee has a great way with children, showing both patience and warmth. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a calm and positive experience. It's a true gem!

Dr. Lee seems very on top of her expertise in orthodontics. I feel confident in her treatment plan, for sure! We had gotten a free consult at another well rated, highly recommended office. Their office responds quickly via text messages, and if I’ve ever needed to reschedule, it’s a quick, easy process. However, my biggest complaint is that we routinely sit and wait in the waiting room for 25+ minutes before being called back, and sometimes, once called back, wait another 10-20 minutes. We have come at noon, 2pm, 4pm….it doesn’t seem to matter what time. I find this extremely frustrating, as we are a very busy family and I don’t have time to block off 90+ minutes for check up appointments (plus 30 minute commute each way).

Kind staff, clean space, and flexible schedule. They were very gentle and careful when puting on my braces. The process was smooth and explained. Great place to get your braces.

Both of my children are seen here. My daughter just recently got her braces on and my son is waiting for his appeal to be approved (which the doctor was so helpful in assisting us throughout the process). Everyone in the office is so professional but still relatable it makes something that can be nerve wrecking a very smooth process. Great atmosphere and gentle hands! I can’t wait until I also start my process ❤️
