Absolutely amazing experience from the moment I walked in! The front desk staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, and even called to let me know I could come in earlier for my appointment, which I really appreciated. I was very nervous because it had been a while since I’ve been to the dentist, but my hygienist, Aly immediately made me feel at ease. She was so kind, patient, and thorough—walking me through every step of the process and explaining everything clearly. I was worried about feeling judged, but she was completely understanding and supportive, and gave me helpful recommendations to improve my oral health. I love RLJ Dental. I put off going to the dentist for almost ten years after a negative experience at an old dentist early on in college. I was terrified of being judged for putting it off and was scared of having another bad experience. My friend recommend RLJ because both her and her dad had great experiences even after missing appointments for a couple years. I tried it out and everyone was very understanding and kind. I’ve seen three different hygienists and the dentist and they have all been great. I had to get a filling and I told the hygienist I was scared. She talked me through every step before she did it and checked in frequently. Also, the office is smaller and very cozy feeling. I used to go to a large dentist office and I think the smaller environment is much more comfortable

I usually do not like going to a dentist. However, my experience here was so different. I remained calm and the hygienist and dentist were so nice, warm, and explained everything as they went along. The hygienist took her time to show me my x-rays and scans. My teeth feel wonderful after she cleaned them. I made another appt for a cleaning in 6 months. I am actually looking forward to it!!

Just had a cleaning. They all are always so kind and considerate. I never worry about going there for anything that needs to be done. They are knowledgeable and gentle. What more can I say? I highly recommend them.

Dr. Riehle was super sweet and kind. She was very gentle during my exam. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was also great. They went above and beyond to get my insurance info for me. The whole office was incredibly efficient.
