I have tried two of PhytoDental products and I LOVE them!! First the patient comfort- I have real dental anxiety which makes it hard for me to even schedule an appointment with my dentist. Taking the shot the night before and then another right before my appointment made a huge difference! Great taste too! Second is the Rinse. The other night my lower gums developed a spot of real irritation: It was so painful that I couldn't even brush that side of my mouth or floss. I thought I might need to go into my dentist the next morning. I swished around the rinse for about a minute or so and swallowed it (the instructions say spit it out, but the ingredients seem very safe and I am sure it helps my immune system).
