The front desk staff at PPC are always so nice and understanding. A very easy to work with kind of experience with people who care. Dr. Loyson really showed her knowledge and care by giving me a clear treatment plan for my daughter. Luckily step one of the treatment was all my little girl needed to be back to herself. I genuinely appreciate the level of care PPC continues to provide my family, as well as many others. Thank you Dr. Loyson and the rest of the staff at PPC!

I am beyond disgusted with my experience at Physicians Primary Care in Cape Coral, specifically with the provider’s attitude, lack of objectivity, and complete failure to support a five-year-old child who had just been physically and sexually assaulted. My first and only priority when I discovered what had happened to my daughter was ensuring she was physically okay. I called her doctor immediately and made an appointment. I attempted to send a message through MyChart ahead of time to explain the situation—particularly that my daughter was extremely guarded, did not want her abuser “to get in trouble,” and that I did not want law enforcement discussed negatively or prematurely during the visit. I took my son for his annual appt. At that appointment I asked if there was an adult ADHD assessment. Mind you they dont treat him for ADHD. The Dr couldn't tell me but offered a referral. I told him I didnt need one since we have a PPO and a dr we already abe seen. He gave me one anyways and When receiving the bill I was charged extra for the referral I didnt need. This was in June 2024. I called to dispute it in Oct 2024 and Feb. 2025. Both times I was told I would get a call back. I go to make an appt in Feb 2026 and they bring up the past due amount again. I let them know I thought it was taken care of since I haven't heard back or received anything in the mail. They told me they would look into it again and get back to me. Dr Nicholson was patient, helpful and answered all our questions we had about our newborn. She took great care of him and even gave us great insight for better methods at home.

Dr. D has been exceptional. We first established care with her for our daughter nearly five years ago and have never looked back. Her extensive knowledge, combined with her warm, caring approach to working with children, quickly earned our complete trust.
