Old forge office is my main office for well visits since i also live in old forge but when i need a sick visit i can always get one at dickson city. I always get a call back from the nurse and same day sick visits. They listen to my concerns and respect my medical decisions in regards to my children. For new mothers and families in general this is the only place i would recommend. They offer formula smaples to help out when a change is needed or just when times are hard. They also give me letters for work and fill out forms needed for daycare asap. They answer my questions completely and I never wait more than 10 minutes to be called for my appointment.

Fantastic pediatrician’s office. The staff is amazing and attentive, there are multiple doctors in the center so if your primary is unavailable there is always someone to take a look at your child. Same day sick appointments are easy to make and the wait time is minimal, never sat on the waiting room for more then 15 minutes.

My daughter had been seen here and I intentionally switched cause my sister said they were good. So Covid strikes and boom they terminate my child from being seen here due to some missed appointments. At the time I was unable to drive and they were having people wait outside till they were taken back and it was cold so I couldn’t wait outside with my child If say I ubered there. Everyone has different circumstances and you’d think they’d have more leniency towards people. I attempted to call and the woman Jenny said she’d ask her supervisor I guess if she can give me the opportunity to come back after I had explained my situation and she said I’d get a call back and that’s when I was told I could not. We all have different circumstances and now that I’m able to drive I feel as though they

staff is good, but the hidden charges and bills are ridiculous, i know health insurance covers most of it, but a check up on a 2 year old shouldn't be a few hundred dollars for something that took less than an hr.
