Nice doctors for the most part, but the front desk staff can be really rude. This is about children and parent concerns, and some of the women at the desk were dismissive and unhelpful over the phone. Simple questions about labs felt like a battle instead of getting clear answers. Like the saying goes, go back to sleep and try again tomorrow.

I don't know what to say these people were not very kind. We just moved to the area and our child has been sick for a few days without resolve and high fever. When we called to inquire about establishing care and making an appointment we were immediately asked about our child's vaccine status. Our child is mostly vaccinated but doesn't have all 72 as the AMA wants now... She has a significant reaction to one should we elected to put it on pause. Either way They immediately told us they would not see our child as a patient without meeting every single vaccination schedule currently recommended by the AMA. They're a private business and it's their choice, but they were very rude about it and very elitist about it on the phone. It's a shame they would refuse to care for a sick child because o

We're new to the area and other offices either didn't take our insurance or next available appointments were a few months away. I called and they scheduled one for next week. Last night our daughter was sick and called for any availability. To my surprise they said to bring her in. From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed. Waited almost no time and we were treated respectfully and they were professional all the way. From the nurse over the phone, the receptionists, nurse and Dr. Thank God we found what looks like the medical group to take care of our little one!

Love Dr. Welby but that front end staff and on par with other reviews, whoever handles the phones is the most unpleasant person! Unfortunately, these ongoing experiences have us pursuing treatment elsewhere.
